Last week at INBOUND 2018, HubSpot introduced the new Growth Suite, a bundle of the Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, available in three tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.

While an enterprise tier of the Marketing Hub has been available for awhile, with the launch of the new Enterprise Growth Suite, HubSpot customers now have access to advanced features for all three hubs. HubSpot CEO Brian Halligan explained the move towards enterprise-level services as a way to “address the needs of any company, regardless of where they are in their growth journey.”

The Enterprise Growth Suite offers HubSpot users more control and flexibility with their marketing, sales, and service teams. In addition to a big update to the Marketing Hub features, Enterprise Sales and Services Hubs have a whole new set of advanced features. A couple of the key platform features include:

  • Teams: Segment users in your HubSpot account by region, team, product line, or any way your organization needs. Teams allows you to control access of features and visibility into your database as well as create reports based on teams. Teams is available in both Professional (limit 10 teams) and Enterprise (limit 50 teams). Available now.
  • Goals: Allow support agents and sales reps to report on sales and customer service metrics. Currently available in beta.
  • Playbooks: Build a resource library of best practices for sales and customer service teams. Available now.

Some Enterprise tier features are still in beta, like single sign-on capabilities, YouTube integration, calling API, and a new customer report builder. Other features, like content partitioning and company-based workflows, will be available soon.

HubSpot also announced HubSpot Video, available as part of all the hubs starting at the professional level. HubSpot Video allows people across your organization to create and use video to better interact with customers. Marketing teams can apply in-video CTA’s and forms t to create an interactive experience, while your service team can record their screen and send customers personalized solutions.

Additionally, HubSpot’s CMS is now available as a standalone product or in combination with any Hub. The CMS is built off of HubSpot’s always-free CRM and can use customer and prospect data to show personalized content based on a visitor’s location.

At ManoByte, we’re excited about the new launches, and we’re especially looking forward to trying out HubSpot Video.
