A great partnership

Steve was a phenomenal partner in helping us take our HubSpot instance to the next-level across our full-customer lifecycle: spanning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Finance. Steve and Kevin consulted on our overall strategy within HubSpot across all aforementioned departments--helping us think through both current and future state applications and refinements. They helped us organize existing data and consider improved usage approach within HubSpot and consider adopting other tooling into our existing tech stack. The ManoByte team also supported better adoption of tools and features HubSpot through training. Lastly, they helped us set up various dashboards/reports, task reminders, workflows, native integrations, and custom APIs through the sales pipeline for improved visibility and data. Steve was a great help in training the team and provided solutions with care and thoughtfulness throughout the weeks we worked together. I recommend ManoByte for HubSpot implementation and consultation projects as they are truly experts of the platform and provide a great deal of care and thoughtfulness in their solutions. Knowledgeable and Fun Onboarding Experience

I have implemented several marketing automation platforms during my career and this was by far the best experience. One could get easily overwhelmed with implementing HubSpot because it is a robust solution, Will did a great job of providing a detailed project plan that broke down each activity that needed to happen to ensure success in using HubSpot to its full potential. Will was also helpful in answer all questions, providing guidance on best practices, and each of our onboarding calls was fun and informative. Best onboarding experience for new technology I have had in a while!

We've had a great experience onboarding with Will. Very knowledgeable, and really cared about our experience and getting it right. Onboarding can be fraught with many issues as you go through the process, and it was a very useful exercise to go through the project (which was intricate and easy to follow) over a considered period of time, rather than rushing us - and leaving us adrift (can you tell I have been burned in the past ;¬). Even when we were finished, he left us with a stack of useful tips and resources to carry us through.

Super clean launch

The whole Manobyte team was amazing, but Steve made building and launching our new HubSpot platform so smooth. He was a wealth of knowledge and so quick to jump in and train, test, experiment, and help us talk through all the ways to optimize our platform. He was such an invaluable part of our launch team and we were able to launch on time with very wide adoption with our team.
