HubSpot & D365 Custom Integration for Retail Rewards Program & Customer Portal

After setting up their website and marketing process in HubSpot through a partnership with ManoByte, this client in the retail industry wanted to implement a rewards/loyalty program with their customers leveraging HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics365. The client needed the following:
- Integration with Microsoft Dynamics365, a platform for managing the loyalty program calculations and transactions that connected with the client’s POS.
- A customer portal for rewards members to track their progress and redeem rewards
- Automated emails to send to rewards members at specific triggers
To set up the loyalty program, ManoByte mapped and installed the Microsoft Dynamics365 application to integrate the two systems. The integration created a sync between customer profiles and transaction data in D365 and contact records in HubSpot. Using the synced data from D365, HubSpot was set up to accomplish the following:

The client opted for a pilot launch to a few locations in one city first, then a phased rollout across their other regions. This allowed the client and ManoByte to optimize the process with a smaller group for a seamless launch across all 88 locations.
